Over 2,000 consumers were surveyed on their banking preferences, and the results may surprise you. Even in a digital world, consumers want to go into a branch when they need assistance – in fact, 43% of consumers visit their branch at least 10 times per year.

A majority of respondents, however, are only willing to wait less than 10 minutes for service. Providing consumers with fast, personalized service will be a key differentiator for banks in 2016.
