Henkel’s 1-step cure active alignment adhesive enables cost savings, production efficiency, reduction of manufacturing space and energy use through the elimination of the secondary oven curing step used in traditional automotive camera module assembly. From a production efficiency perspective, significant cycle time reduction can be achieved since 99% of camera assembly cycle time can be attributed to oven curing. From a sustainability perspective, 1-step cure active alignment adhesive enables manufacturers to have a positive impact on sustainability by eliminating oven curing.
