Egnyte worked with an independent research firm to conduct a 15-question survey among 400 companies in North America to learn about trends related to: cybersecurity hygiene, ransomware, incident response, unusual user access and content sprawl. A key learning was that although nation-state-sponsored cyber-attacks haven’t spiked as much as once foreseen, ransomware and data exfiltration attacks have continued unabated, particularly for mid-sized organizations.
