  • Top-performing ACOs on average spend 10% less per beneficiary than those who lost savings – over $1,200 in spend per member per year (PMPY) in PY 2019.
  • ACOs in the top quintile by savings per capita have the highest utilization of Evaluation and Management (E&M) services and of those 73% are low revenue organizations,
  • AWV compliance rate increased by 10% across all the ACO quintiles, whereas, ACP compliance nearly doubled for top performers.
