• About one-third (32%) of product development teams do not have a formal collaboration solution.
• Product teams who lack a formal system reported low levels of satisfaction with many collaboration processes, such as quickly gathering feedback, securely sharing data, and remotely accessing important data.
• Users of cloud-based collaboration systems reported higher levels of satisfaction than users of server-based collaboration systems.
