DocASAP | From Crisis to Collaboration

While healthcare payors and providers previously viewed each other as adversaries, the rise of value-based care has led to improved collaboration over the past several years.

The COVID-19 crisis revealed the interdependencies of the payor and provider to meet the healthcare consumer’s changing needs, coordinate access to care, optimize performance based on recent regulatory changes, and address the financial challenges providers faced as they pivoted to care for COVID-19 patients.
