Roper St. Francis Healthcare (RSFH) is the Lowcountry’s only private, not-for-profit healthcare system. Their 1,000 physicians cover almost every medical specialty and operate across 110 care facilities in seven counties.

After focus groups revealed that patients expected frictionless access to care, RSFH needed a digital health solution that created a convenient retail experience for their physician network. RSFH implemented DocASAP’s platform in May 2018.
