In order to investigate vaccine hesitancy reasons, social media was scraped and used as a source for Natural Language Processing to analyse the trends in themes throughout the pandemic. Even publically available data can offer fundamental insights such that national Public Health bodies swerve their engagement policies to align with misinformation and hesitancy themes as they develop. Natural Language Processing is fast becoming a popular solution to complex healthcare problems.
