Why? According to Albert, “seismic shifts [even unprecedented events like the COVID-19 crisis] create a new momentum that we can tap into personally.” In other words, he says, when things are in a state of flux, “it is a time when we can more easily start to shift, get unstuck, and maneuver in a different direction.”
