Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning are the hot topic in technology, and have been for the last few years, and so it comes as no surprise that it’s not just start-ups and technology companies that are embracing the technologies now, but those in the financial services industry, including the insurance sector.

We recently interviewed 100 senior data & analytics leaders, including Chief Data Officers, Chief Analytics Officers and others of a similar seniority. All respondents interviewed represented individuals leading the discovery, and implementation of new technologies within the Insurance sector.
