Walnut Street Executive Assistant

As an integral member of the Knowledge Hub Media Team, you responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the CEO as his Executive Assistant
  • Data Analysis & Big Data Analytics
  • Preparing & Sending Sales Lead Reports
  • Generating Reports on Various Metrics & KPI’s
  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing Teams
  • Rendering Services for our Clients/Customers
  • Regular Communication with Clients/Customers
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Travel will be required approximately 1-3 times per quarter.
  • This will average out to about 4-12 annual business trips, varying from 1-3 days at a time.
Ideally, you will have:
  • A minimum of 1 year professional work experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • A desire to be part of an industry changing organization
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM software)
  • A Decent Level of Proficiency Using Microsoft Excel
