Helping JetBlue overcome the challenges of manual COVID-19 data collection

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) gave airlines two weeks to respond to a new order relating to COVID-19 and adapt their organisational processes. The result? Chaos!

For JetBlue, this order presented many challenges, including how to collect, store and process data from every passenger flying into the US. With the collection and storage of paper forms quickly becoming unmanageable, 15below worked with JetBlue to design an automated solution that would help to meet their goals.

After implementing the digitalised process, 100% of attestation and contact tracing data is now collected and stored online.

"We couldn’t be happier with the results of the process we’ve developed alongside 15below. Seeing the improvement in the airport experience at our international airports has confirmed to us that this was without a doubt the right thing to do."
